Changes for Hoosier businesses discussed at Indiana Tax Conference

The latest state and federal tax changes that Hoosier businesses should be aware of will be discussed at the Indiana Tax Conference Oct. 17 at the Hyatt Regency in downtown Indianapolis.

The conference is presented by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with BKD, LLP. Sponsors are RR Donnelley and Indiana Michigan Power.

CEOs, accountants, finance attorneys, financial managers, tax directors and supervisors, controllers, and treasurers are encouraged to attend the conference, which will include a presentation from the Indiana Department of Revenue commissioner.

Featured items on the conference agenda include a legislative and fiscal update; Indiana Department of Revenue report; income and sales tax updates; tax and the wild, wild web; recent multistate developments in state taxes; state tax issues for multinational businesses; and a federal tax update.

Cost is $299 per person for Indiana Chamber members or $329 for non-members. Companies sending one person may send a second for half price. Lunch will be provided.

To register or for information on receiving continuing education credits for attending the event, visit the website at www.indianachamber.com/conferences or call (800) 824-6885.
