INDIANAPOLIS — Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department homicide detectives were on the scene at the Don’s Guns and Galleries, Inc. location on Lafayette Road investigating an incident that left one man dead and another injured shortly after noon on Monday.
When officers arrived they were able to confirm that two people had been shot inside the business.
One person was transported to an area hospital and the other died at the scene.
As of press time, detectives were working to determine the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
