INDIANAPOLIS — Police are seeking the public's help in locating 21-year-old Fredrick Contreras of Indianapolis, who is wanted in connection with a battery that occurred on Jan. 1 along Dawson Street.
Anyone with information about his whereabouts or the incident is asked to call the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department at 327-3811 or Crime Stoppers at 262-8477. Callers can also text INDYCS plus tip information to 274627.
