Kristen Marie Villescas of Avon and Brian William Schnell of Chicago were married July 9 in Avon with Warren Burns officiating the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Lou and Patty Villescas of Avon. She graduated from Avon High School in2002 and Taylor University in ‘06. She works at Country Meadows Elementary School.

The groom is the son of Tom and Sue Schnell of Deer Park, Ill. He graduated from Lake Zurich High School in 2003 and Grand Valley Statein ‘07. He works for Northern Trust Bank.

Christy Elmer served as honor attendant for the ceremony and Kevin Horstman was the best man.

Following a honeymoon to the British Virgin Islands, the couple is residing in Fox River Grove, Ill.
