Aug. 6 — Fitness center open, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.; one-mile walk aerobics, 9:30 a.m.; Arthritis Fit, 10:30 a.m.; one-mile walk aerobics, 11 a.m.; art class, 12:30 p.m.; lunch, noon; Bingo by Changes Home Care, 50 cents, 1 p.m.; wood carving, 4 p.m.; line dance class, $3, 6 p.m.; Women’s Chorus, 7 p.m.; ballroom dancing, 7:30 p.m.
Aug. 7 — Fitness center open, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.; two-mile walk aerobics, 8:30 a.m.; one-mile walk aerobics, 9:30 a.m.; craft group, 10 a.m.; euchre, 10 a.m.; Arthritis Fit, 10:30 a.m.; one-mile walk aerobics, 11 a.m.; lunch, noon; two-mile walk aerobics, 1 p.m.; bridge, 1-4 p.m.; T.O.P.S. meeting, 5:30 p.m.
Aug. 8 — Fitness center open, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.; one-mile walk aerobics, 9:30 a.m.; free blood pressure screenings by Danville Regional Rehabilitation, 10 a.m.; Gene Denton & Guests, 10 a.m.; Arthritis Fit, 10:30 a.m.; lunch, noon; Bingo provided by Danville Regional Rehabilitation, 1 p.m.; Tai Chi Easy, $30, six-week session, 2 p.m.; Zumba class, $5, 7 p.m.
