Student named

to dean’s list

Michael Lilienthal, son of Gene and Cynthia Lilenthal of Brownsburg, was named to the fall 2009-10 dean’s list at Bethany Lutheran College in Mankato, Minn. He is a 2007 graduate of Brownsburg High School.

To be named to the dean’s list at Bethany, students must carry at least 14 academic credits and maintain at least a 3.5 grade point average.



Pittsboro student

on dean’s list

Bellarmine University named Michelle Knights of Pittsboro to the fall 2009-10 dean’s list.

Students who receive a grade point average of 3.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale are named to the list.



Five county students

named to dean’s list

Wabash College Dean Gary Phillips has announced that five Hendricks County students are on the dean’s list for the fall 2009 semester.

Making the list were junior James Michael Nossett, son of Mr. and Mrs. James R. Nossett of Brownsburg; junior Blake Alan Stewart, son of Mr. and Mrs. Don Stewart of Brownsburg; senior David Benson Haggard, son of Mr. and Mrs. Rodney D. Haggard of Avon; freshman Corbin Andrew Richards, son of Mr. and Mrs. Richard David; and Seth Douglass Flater, son of Mr. and Mrs. Michael B. Flater of Pittsboro.

Wabash students must carry at least a 3.5 grade point average on a 4.0 scale to be named to the dean’s list.



Local student on dean’s list

DePaul University student Mary Hannon of Brownsburg has been named to the dean’s list for the 2009-10 fall quarter.

To receive dean’s list commendation at DePaul, full-time students must earn a cumulative grade point average of 3.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
