Frederick Lee Kocher of Avon died Sunday. He was 68.
Born Oct. 16, 1943, in Grove City, Pa., he was a son of Eugene and Kathryn Davidson Kocher.
Mr. Kocher served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War and is a member of Avon Christian Church. He was a senior vice president of maintenance and engineering for US Airways, senior vice president for Rolls-Royce North America, and vice president for AAR Corporation.
Survivors include his wife, Gloria Jean (Walz) Kocher; daughters Andrea L. Koenig and husband Ken, Deanna J. Schoeff and husband Jason, and Eugenia E. Kocher; grandchildren Cheaney, Quinten, and Kellen Schoeff; sisters Rebecca James and husband William and Claudia Evans.
Services are 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at Conkle Funeral Home Avon Chapel. Interment will be at Mars Cemetery in Mars, Pa.
Calling at the funeral home is from 2 p.m. Wednesday until the time of the service.
