— Donald T. Billups of Plainfield died Tuesday at IU Health West Hospital in Avon. He was 83.
Services are 1 p.m. Wednesday at Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home with the Rev. Robert Garris officiating.
Calling at the funeral home is for an hour prior to the service.
