Betty J. Blue of Brownsburg died Wednesday. She was 88.
Born Feb. 12, 1924, in Otwell, she was a daughter of the late John Claude and Monta Amos. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill M. Blue.
Mrs. Blue had worked for Eli Lilly. She was a member of Connection Pointe Christian Church, Daughters of the American Revolution, and the American Legion Women's Auxiliary.
Survivors include daughters Barbara Walker and husband Paul and Patricia Tsakrios and husband Michael; sisters Marian Gilham and Katherine Stearman; eight grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and six great-great-grandchildren.
Services are 1 p.m. Saturday at Matthews Mortuary in Brownsburg. Interment will be at Brownsburg Cemetery.
Calling at the mortuary is for two hours prior to the service.
