— Floyd Elven Clark died Wednesday at his Danville home. He was 70.
Born June 29, 1942, in North Salem, he was a son of the late Ronald E. and Zetta Carmichael Clark. He married Mattie Mae Keck on Jan. 11, 1964, and she survives.
Mr. Clark was a member of North Salem Christian Church. He enjoyed baseball, golf, fishing, and woodworking. He coached Danville Little League and enjoyed spending time with his family and fishing at Heritage Lake.
Survivors include sons Aaron Clark and Jeffrey Clark, both of Danville; grandchildren Corey Clark, Kyle Clark, Caleb Clark, and Coby Clark; a brother, Ed (Helen) Clark of North Salem; and sisters Beverly Stone, Gladys (Tom) Goode, and Mary Helen Russell, all of North Salem.
Preceding him in death were sons Ronald Clark and Matthew Clark.
Services are 2:10 p.m. Saturday at Porter Funeral Home in North Salem. Interment will follow in the Roachdale Cemetery.
Calling at the funeral home is from noon until the time of the service.
The family requests informal dress and encourages attendees to wear their favorite baseball jersey.
