Harold F. Morphew of Camby died Nov. 25 at Westside Retirement Village. He was 74.
Born Feb. 17, 1935, in Cartersburg, he was the son of Herbert and Laura O’Sullivan Morphew.
Mr. Morphew retired in 1996 after 12 years as a maintenance worker for the Mooresville Consolidated School Corporation. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and Marines. He was a member of Mooresville Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1111.
Survivors include a son, Mark (Debbie) Morphew; daughters, Amy Adamson, Diana (Gary) Roth, and Lori (Bob) Hudges; and brothers, Jim, George, and Fred Morphew.
He was preceded in death by his siblings, Francis Marie Reath, Elnora Shoaf, Agnes Mahurin, Helen Morphew, and Leonard Morphew.
Services will take place at 10 a.m. Dec. 1 at Hall-Baker Funeral Home in Plainfield. Interment will follow at Maple Hill Cemetery in Plainfied.
Calling will take place from 4 to 8 p.m. Nov. 30 at the funeral Home.
