Charles H. Weesner died Monday at his Plainfield home. He was 83.
Born Nov. 29, 1925, in Hammond, he was a son of Rollis S. and Esther Vestal Weesner.
Mr. Weesner was a U.S. Navy veteran, having served in World War II. He graduated from Indiana University in 1950 and worked several years as director of customer service for Pictorial Publishers before retiring in 1985.
He is survived by a son, Charles R. “Bob” Weesner if Indianapolis.
Services are 12:30 p.m. Thursday at the Maple Hill Cemetery Chapel.
Calling is from 10 a.m. to noon Thursday at Hall-Baker Funeral Home in Plainfield.
