Richard A. Polley

Richard A. Polley of Plainfield died Friday in IU Health Methodist, Indianapolis. He was 79.

Born Dec. 26, 1932, in Indianapolis, he was the son of Harry Polley and Helen Vogle Song.

Mr. Polley worked in advertising and was a member of Faith Baptist Church, Avon.

Survivors include his wife, Sharon Polley; sons, Jeff Polley, James Polovich, and Michael Polley; daughters, Michelle Polley, Elizabeth Pierson, and Nicole Polley; brothers, Steve Polley and Tom Polley; and nine grandchildren, with two more on the way.

Services are 1 p.m. on Dec. 27 in Hall-Baker Funeral Home, Plainfield, with burial to follow in Maple Hill Cemetery. Calling is from 11 a.m. until the service in the funeral home.
