Roger (Spank) Lyle Zumbro of Avon died Tuesday. He was 59.
Mr. Zumbro was a pilot for Duke Energy.
He was a member of F.O.E. of Plainfield, Webb Masonic Lodge No. 252 F.&A.M.; in Stockport, Ohio, Scottish Rite, Airline Pilots Association, Kingsway Christian Church, and the National Rifle Association.
Survivors include his wife, Barbara J. (Wilson) Zumbro; brothers Tim Zumbro and Dan Zumbro; and sisters Diane Harrison, Linda Reinstetle, and Ellie Lawrence.
Preceding him in death were his parents, Clare and Lenice (Bachelor) Zumbro, and a brother, Mark Zumbro.
Services are 10 a.m. Saturday at Conkle Funeral Home in Avon. Interment will be at Maple Hill Cemetery in Plainfield.
Calling at the funeral home is from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday.
