Infant Samantha Marie Lovins died Sunday.
Born Feb. 26, 2009, she was a daughter of Shane Michael Lovins and Julie Michel (Hastings) Lovins, who survive.
Survivors include a sister, Brooke Lovins; grandparents Michael Hastings, Judy Raab Hastings, Michael Lovins, and Sharon Ingram.
Preceding her in death was a brother, Andrew Lovins.
Services are 6 p.m. Thursday at Heather Hills Baptist Church, 1421 N. German Church Road. Interment will be at St. Johns Church in Cumberland.
Calling is for an hour prior to the service at the church.
Hendryx Mortuary at 11636 E. Washington St., Indianapolis, is handling arrangements.
