C.R. "Bob" Wrin died Sept. 5. He was 70.

He married Sue Ann Wrin and she preceded him in death.

Mr. Wrin was an assembler for General Motors for 29 years before retiring in 2002. He was a U.S. Navy veteran and member of the United Auto Workers and Brownsburg American Legion.

He is survived by a daughter, Sara (Ben) Ward; sisters, Florence (Tom) Roehm, Judy Hunt, and Laurie Ifert; brothers, Bill (Connie) Wrin and Ed Wrin; and grandsons, Quinn and Max Ward.

He was also preceded in death by a daughter, Jennifer Wrin; a sister, Joann Colas; and brothers, Dan and Jim Wrin.

Calling will take place from 3 to 7 p.m. Sept. 8 at Matthews Mortuary in Brownsburg.

Interment will take place at a later date at East Maplewood Cemetery in Anderson.
