Rebecca Ann Stutz of Plainfield died Monday. She was 67.
Born Dec. 11, 1944, in Indianapolis, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Martha Jean (Bly) Riddle.
Mrs. Stutz was a school teacher with the Plainfield and Mooresville school systems before retiring in 1993. She also worked as a governess in Lake Forest and Chicago, Ill., and as a nanny in Plainfield before retiring in 2011.
She was raised in Plainfield United Methodist Church and was very active in her current church, Vineyard Church Southwest of Plainfield.
Survivors include sons David and Chris (Christine) Stutz; a brother, Rick (Marla) Riddle; sisters Regina (Robert) Elgin and Roberta McClanahan; grandchildren Zella, Ridley, and Maddex Stutz.
Services are 11 a.m. Friday at Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home in Plainfield.
Calling at the funeral home is for an hour prior to the service.
