Patricia Sue Thompson of Brownsburg died Saturday. She was 73.
Born Feb. 6, 1939, in Sturgis, Mich., she was a daughter of the late Reno and Calista Poynter.
Mrs. Thompson earned a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University and a master’s degree from Purdue University.
She was a member of the Traders Point Christian Church.
Survivors include her husband of 19 years, Don Thompson; daughters Anita Nelson (Scott) and Wendy Blair; and grandchildren Calista and Zachary Nelson.
Preceding her in death was her first husband, Harry Blair Jr.;, and a brother, K. Stanley Poynter.
Services are 11 a.m. Wednesday at Traders Point Christian Church, 6590 Indianapolis Road, Whitestown. Interment will follow at Sparks Cemetery in Pittsboro.
Calling is from 5 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the church.
