Forrest Meador of Brownsburg died Wednesday. He was 84.
Mr. Meador was a U.S. Army veteran having served during World War II in Normandy, Northern France, Ardennes, and Rhineland, with service in the Battle of the Bulge.
He worked as a diesel mechanic for Indiana Equipment.
He was a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors include his wife, Joan Meador; children Sherral Hargrave and Rick Meador; a brother, Wayne Meador; three grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
Private services and calling were held. Matthews Mortuary in Brownsburg handled arrangements.
