Dallas T. Harding Sr. of Cayton died Friday at Hendricks Regional Health in Danville. He was 88.
Born Aug. 16, 1922, in Hamilton, Ohio, he was a son of Robert Sr. and Martha Abner Harding. He was the widower of Drucilla Margaret Robertson Harding.
Mr. Harding was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. He worked 15 years as a supervisor for welder maintenance for Fisher Body in Marion, before retiring to travel.
He was a member of the Chapel West Seventh Day Adventist Church.
Survivors include children Dallas T. Harding Jr. and Gloria Jean Kleintank; a sister, Treva Adams; four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Services are 2 p.m. Monday at Hall-Baker Funeral Home in Plainfield with the Rev. Steve Manoukian officiating. Interment will follow at Stilesville Cemetery.
Calling at the funeral home is for two hours prior to the service.
