Robert P. Spalding

Robert P. Spalding of Indianapolis, formerly of Danville, died Thursday. He was 58.

Mr. Spalding was a machine operator at RexNord Corporation and a member of the United Steel Workers. He was a 1972 Danville High School graduate and a U.S. Navy veteran.

Survivors include his parents, Ronald and Joyce Spalding; brothers Richard (Robin) Spalding and Anthony (Kris) Spalding; and sisters Susan DeHaven and Julia Spalding.

A brother-in-law, Bryan DeHaven, preceded him in death.

Services are 10 a.m. Nov. 6 in Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg, with visitation there 3-7 p.m. Nov. 5.
