Michael Lee Fisher of Clayton died Tuesday at the St. Vincent Heart Center. He was 49.
Born June 22, 1963, in Danville, he was the son of Buddy L. and Mary Lou Thorpe Fisher.
Mr. Fisher was a 1981 graduate of Cascade High School. He received certificates for electronic and TV repair from ITT Tech and was co-owner of Bud’s CB Sales in Belleville.
He was a member of the Plainfield Eagle’s Lodge No. 3207. He was also a lifetime member of the Indiana Volunteer Fireman’s Association, as he spent many years on the Clayton-Liberty Township Fire Department.
Survivors include his parents; a twin brother, Mark Fisher (Kim Williams); a sister, Terri (Ron) Helms; a niece, Christi Cooke; nephews Matt Helms and Zachary Fisher; two great-nieces and two great-nephews; and a special pet, Sissy.
Services are 11 a.m. Saturday at Hazelwood Christian Church. Interment will follow at Stilesville Cemetery.
Calling at the church is from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday.
