— Thomas F. Drake of Indianapolis died Monday. He was 58.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Friday at the Westside Church of the Nazarene.
Calling at the church is from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday and for an hour prior to the service.
Conkle Funeral Home in Avon is handling arrangements.
