Robert J. Matkins

Robert J. Matkins of Stilesville died Monday. He was 45.

Born Sept. 6, 1966, in Beech Grove, he was a son of Jerry W. and Suzanne Wirey Matkins, who survive.

He married Marlene Kuntz on Feb. 22, 1991, in Mooresville, and she also survives.

Mr. Matkins worked 10 years for Genco in Plainfield.

He enjoyed fishing and deer hunting.

Additional survivors include a son, Andrew Matkins, and sisters

Jennifer Sue Matkins and Krista Jeree Wallace.

Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Hall-Baker Funeral Home in Plainfield. Interment will follow at Stilesville Cemetery.

Calling at the funeral home is from 10 a.m. until the time of the service.

Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
