— Audrey L. Greeson of Danville died Thursday at Hendricks Regional Health in Danville. She was 90.
Born April 15, 1922, in Powder Springs, Tenn., she was a daughter of the late Edgar E. and Bessie M. (Stevens) Hester. She married Robert Harold Greeson and he died in October of 1981.
Mrs. Greeson worked more than 20 years as a cook for the Mill Creek School Corporation. She was a member of the Amo Baptist Church and the Rebekah Lodge of Greencastle. She participated in many church activities including the choir.
Survivors include daughters Judy M. Gregory and husband Norm of Clayton, and Paulette Zeigler and husband Andy of Lucas, Ohio; nine grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren; a brother-in-law, Jim Greeson and wife Kay of Fillmore; and several nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death were a son, Robert H. Greeson Jr.; a sister, June Greeson; brothers Hugh Hester, Robert Hester, and Glenn Hester; and a brother-in-law, Gene Greeson.
Services are 11 a.m. Monday at Bousley-Hays Funeral Home in Coatesville with the Rev. Shelly Zook officiating. Interment will follow at Amo Cemetery.
Calling at the funeral home is from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday.
