CLAYTON — Deputy Alan Dicks was recently sworn in by Hendricks County Sheriff Dave Galloway as the newest member of the civil process division. Dicks spent 30 years with the Plainfield Police Department and 11 years with the Public Agency Training Council. He and his wife live in Clayton.
