The Hendricks County Senior Center is open daily from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and offers the following activities:

Today — Fitness center open, 8 to 10 a.m.

Dec. 7 — Fitness center open, 8 to 10 a.m.; one-mile walk aerobics, 9:30 a.m.; Arthritis Fit program, 10:30 a.m.; euchre, 10:30 a.m.; one-mile walk aerobics, 11 a.m.; Stretch & Flex program, 11:40 a.m.; lunch, noon; bowling at Brownsburg Bowl, noon; art class, 12:30 p.m.; genealogy at Danville Public Library, 1:30 p.m.; clogging, 1:30 p.m.; wood carving, 3 p.m.; line dancing, 6 p.m.; Women’s Chorus, 7 p.m.

Dec. 8 — Fitness center open, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m.; two-mile walk aerobics, 8:30 a.m.; one-mile walk aerobics, 9:30 a.m.; craft group, 10 a.m.; Wii bowling, 10 a.m.; Arthritis Fit program, 10:30 a.m.; Parkinson’s Support Group, 10:30 a.m.; one-mile walk aerobics, 11 a.m.; lunch, noon; two-mile walk aerobics, 1 p.m.; video series on dementia and Alzheimer’s disease, 1:45 p.m.; T.O.P.S. program, 5:30 p.m.; yoga classes at Clarian West (discount for HCSS members), 6:30 p.m.

Dec. 9 — Fitness center open, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.; one-mile walk aerobics, 9:30 a.m.; card games, 10 a.m.; free blood pressure screenings provided by Nightingale Home Health, 10 a.m.; Arthritis Fit program, 10:30 a.m.; one-mile walk aerobics, 11 a.m.; Stretch & Flex program, 11:40 a.m.; lunch, noon; one-mile walk aerobics, 1 p.m.; bingo provided by Danville Rehabilitation Center, 1:30 p.m.; veterans’ benefits and in-home services, 2 p.m.; Senior Prom, 6 p.m.

Dec. 10 — Fitness center open, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m.; two-mile walk aerobics, 8:30 a.m.; one-mile walk aerobics, 9:30 a.m.; Arthritis Fit program, 10 a.m.; Wii bowling, 10 a.m.; one-mile walk aerobics, 11 a.m.; lunch, noon; bowling at Brownsburg Bowl, noon; two-mile walk aerobics, 1 p.m.; entertainment by the Hendricks County Line Band, 6 p.m.

Dec. 11 — Fitness center open, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.; one-mile walk aerobics, 9:30 a.m.; Arthritis Fit program, 10:30 a.m.; line dancing, 10:30 a.m.; bingo sponsored by Plainfield Healthcare, 12:30 p.m.
