DANVILLE — The Greater Chamber of Commerce here has announced the return of the Magic of Christmas Home Tour in 2009, to be conducted 4-8 p.m. Dec. 12.
This year’s tour features beautifully decorated interiors and exteriors as well as helpful design tips for the holiday season.
Attendees are invited to enjoy four homes including the Holmes Family home, Heller Family home, the Gilbert Family home, and the Blanton House. The tour attendees will see the Hendricks County Historical Museum, Beasley’s Orchard decorated especially for Christmas, and the Hendricks County Arts Council’s Gallery on the Square with all the trimmings.
Finally, Bill Franklin and Tracy Jones, owners of Courthouse Grounds on the square, are known for their creativity around the holidays. Join them at their restaurant for a refreshment and decoration stop.
Starting Nov. 25 tickets will be available at the Danville Chamber of Commerce office on the south side of the square, Courthouse Grounds, and National City Bank for $10 in advance and at all stops for $15 on Dec. 12 during tour hours only.
All proceeds go to the Danville Community Education Foundation to support their grant and scholarship programs.
