— Jennifer Dawn Nowak of Bakersville, N.C., and Cory Robert Partlow of Plainfield are planning a May 26 wedding in Luray, Va.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Jim and Cherie Nowak of Bakersville.
The prospective groom is the son of Chris and Sylvia Partlow of Danville. He is a 2001 graduate of Plainfield High School.
The couple resides in Harrisonburg, Va., where they are practicing optometrists at the Shenandoah Eye Care Center.
