Phi Beta Psi, a Pittsboro community sorority dedicated to raising funds for cancer research and community needs, is holding its annual Women’s Expo May 1 at Tri-West Middle School, 555 W. U.S. 136, Lizton.
The event will take place from 9 a.m. to noon. Residents are invited to browse booths featuring everything from chair massages, cosmetics, purses, and jewelry.
Hendricks County Regional Health is holding health screenings and providing health education from 10 a.m. to noon.
The Hendricks County Estate Buyers booth will offer cash for gold and silver during the event. The Hendricks County Substance Abuse Task Force is holding an Rx Drop during the event. Participants are encouraged to bring unused or expired prescription drugs to be properly disposed.
