Norris and Iramae (Ray) Smith celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary July 26 at the Christian Church in Pittsboro.
They were married Oct. 2, 1949, at the Lizton Christian Church.
Mr. Smith is a retired general superintendent for Glenroy Construction Company of Indianapolis. Mrs. Smith is a retired hairdresser from Iramaeās Beauty Salon in Pittsboro.
Their daughters are Jennifer (Michael) Masariu, Julie (Michael) Wickersham, and Tina (Kevin) Knebel. They have seven grandchildren, one granddaughter-in-law, one grandson-in-law, and great-grandchildren Avery and Addison.
