Bud and Anita Green of Plainfield are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary.
They were married March 1, 1963, at the Clayton Baptist Church.
The Greens have two daughters and four grandsons: Diane (Kent) Lyons and son Ian of Troy, Ohio; and Julia (Ken) Berberich and sons Andrew, Aaron, and Adam of Plainfield.
The Greens are planning a Scandinavian cruise for later in the year.

Norah Elizabeth Kenny was born April 1 at Huntsville Women’s Hospital in Huntsville, Ala. She weighed seven pounds, two ounces at birth and was 19 inches long.

Elizabeth Reach of Conyers, Ga., and Eric Mathieson of Brownsburg were married March 16 at St. Pious X Catholic Church in Conyers with Father John Kieran officiating.
Montana Rose Wichman and Jared Denver Hix of Clayton were married Dec. 22, 2012, in Plainfield, with Father Glenn O’Connor of Saint Susanna Catholic Church officiating.
Hannah Len Susunaga birth
Kyndra Doty and Jose Susunaga of Avon are the parents of a daughter born at 8:42 p.m. Nov. 12 at IU Health West Hospital in Avon.
