Jason and Tammy Walls of Danville and David and Debra Wineman of Crawfordsville announce the engagement of their daughter, Chelsie Renee Wineman, to Travis Lane Farmer, son of Kipp and Tammy Farmer of Danville.
The couple is planning a Sept. 4 wedding at Plainfield Christian Church.
