Local trainer launches fitness club

The Sexy Girl Fitness Club is an online fitness website designed to help women find their inner confidence, strength, and beauty.

Erin Schwein Fitness, LLC recently launched the site. Erin Schwein of Brownsburg is the owner and trainer of the program.

“Striving to reach our fitness goals can transform our bodies, but also help us learn about ourselves,” she said in a press release. “The journey makes us more capable of reaching our full potential in all aspects of our lives.”

The Sexy Girl Fitness Club offers a variety of resources to help women get in shape and feel sexy, such as workout videos, printable workouts, fitness plans, a success guide, fitness assessments, meal planning advice, monthly challenges, transformation contests, a private social network, and unlimited support and motivation. They will also be hosting an annual Sexy Girl Fitness Club weekend convention.

“This is more than just a fitness website, it is a community of women with common goals that want to feel good about themselves,” Schwein said.

The Sexy Girl Fitness Club’s workouts are all 10 to 30 minutes in length. Participants will find a variety of workouts from fat burning, pilates, upper and lower body, stability ball, TRX suspension training, core, beginner, and instructional.

“You don’t need a lot of time or equipment to get in great shape,” Schwein said. “All you need is the desire.”

For more information, visit the website at www.SexyGirlFitnessClub.com. Those visiting the site will receive a free 14-day membership with this code: Free14DM.
