Joseph and Margaret (Brummett) Schaad of Avon will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary Jan. 21. They were married in Indianapolis.
The Schaads are members of Mary Queen of Peace Catholic Church. Mr. Schaad is also a member of the Knights of Columbus.
They are the parents of Joe and Terry Sellmer of Avon, and Pat and Tina Keers of Avon. Their grandchildren are Dustin Keers, Marina Keers, Tyler Keers, Travis Keers, and Devin Sellmer. They also have a great-grandchild, Margaret Belle Keers.
The Schaads will celebrate their anniversary on a cruise to Alaska with their family.
